The person designated on a 선하 증권, Sea Waybill, or Air Waybill to be notified when a shipment arrives at its destination. This person is often responsible for arranging customs clearance, and can be the buyer, consignee, shipping agent, or other entity.
This field is usually only required if it is different from the party listed in the consignee field. The notify party can be the buyer themselves, the shipping agent, or any other entity. The notify party is usually also responsible for arranging customs clearance at destination.
