On July 23, 2024, the Ukrainian government approved the Ukrainian Technical Regulation on Chemical Safety, modeled after EU REACH. This requires the registration of chemical substances produced or imported over one ton annually. The regulation becomes effective on ژانویه 23، 2025, six months after its approval.
